Each year the school enrolls approximately 10 to 20 students of new families.
We use a lottery system to enroll new children for the coming school year and to establish waitlists for our programs. After current students and siblings are placed, we use the lottery ordered lists to offer placement for new children.
Application & Enrollment Timeline
October-January: Attend an Open House Parent Preview & Presentation
October 15 – February 15: Apply for lottery and waitlist for following Fall enrollment. Parent Preview attendance required.
March – April: Current student and sibling enrollment for the following Fall.
March 10-14: Lottery. We conduct a lottery for each age/gender group – 10 age groups.
March 15: Lottery order numbers sent.
March 15 – May: Enrollment offers made as they open using lottery generated waitlists.
May-Onward: Waitlists used as needed throughout the summer and into the school year.
Requests for information and applications are available on this site. Upon receipt of an application and a $65 non-refundable application fee, children will be placed in applicant pools for the lottery. The lottery takes place in March, for fall enrollment.
Applications are open October 15 to February 15 for the lottery, and notification of your child’s lottery number is mailed by March 15.
Applications received after February 15 are not included in the general lottery and will be added to age/gender specific 2nd round waitlists in the order they are received. Notification is sent to 2nd round applicants only when/if an enrollment opportunity opens.
Parent visits and observations should be completed before enrollment is offered.
