Tuition Support

Tuition Adjustment

At Children’s Garden we want our early childhood Montessori experience to be affordable for families.  Tuition adjustments are available and made on a case-by-case basis depending upon a family’s circumstances and the school’s available funds. Inquiries are welcome; anyone may apply.

  1. File online with the independent firm, School and Student Service for Financial Assistance (SSS). See below for link to their website. SSS fee waivers are available through the service for families whose income qualifies.
  2. Submit tax returns – full returns of the most recent (2) years for all parents and guardians filing jointly or individually. These should be submitted through SSS.
  3. Submit a written request to Children’s Garden Montessori School briefly outlining the family’s current financial circumstances/need with the amount of assistance requested. May be submitted through SSS or to CGMS directly.
  4. Upon an offer of enrollment, families applying for tuition adjustments should submit 50% of the Initial Payment (or contact the school for alternate arrangements).  The tuition portion of the Initial Payment will be refunded if the level of tuition adjustment offered  is not sufficient to your family’s needs.

Inquiries and applications for assistance are entirely confidential; with identifying information deleted from all materials before being presented to the school finance committee for review.

Returning families should file online by March 15 and submit all other financial aide items to the Director of Admissions by March 31.

New families who are interested in applying for assistance should file online by April 1, prior to targeted enrollment, or upon enrollment. The remaining items for the application should be made to the Director of Admissions by April 15, or after enrollment is offered and before a contract is finalized. Please contact our Admissions Director at 303-322-0972 or for more information.

Quinn Wright ScholarshipThe Quinn Wright Scholarship is a non-needs based scholarship, awarded to a continuing CGMS student, preferably in their Extended Primary year, by the CGMS Administration.  Recipients are children who embody the values of the namesake’s family and are chosen on the criteria of those who start their lives needing extra support due to life circumstances beyond their control.  Specifically, but not limited to developmental delays, medical conditions, limiting family circumstances, etc. Recipients do not apply, but are chosen from the pool of existing, re-applying students.
