Apply for the 2026-27 school year Enrollment and Waitlist Lottery
Read the following information carefully before submitting your application.
- Submit an application and application fee* between November 1, 2025 to February 15, 2026 to be included in the Enrollment/Wait-list lottery for the 2026-27 school year. Lottery generated numbers and waitlist status notification begins no later than March 15, 2026.
- Parents should attend a Parent Preview before the Lottery or upon applying if they have not previously done so.
- Use this alternate link to a No-Fee application* (or SKIP the Payment step)
- to re-apply for a child for whom you previously applied and paid the application fee, OR
- if you apply after the lottery deadline of February 15th – 2nd Round Applicant, OR
- for other approved fee waivers. Please contact the school with any questions.
- 2nd round applications (submitted after February 15) are not included in the Lottery and are rolled to corresponding age/gender group wait-lists as they are received once the lottery is completed. 2nd round applicant parents are contacted only when an opening becomes available.
To Apply:
- Complete the form below. Be attentive! The information entered is used for lottery pools and parent contact. Check your email – including Spam or Junk folders – for a confirmation email from snowmancloud. If you do not receive this email, please contact the school.
- Submit payment of one-time application fee of $75 per child.
- DO NOT SUBMIT FEE after February 15th Lottery deadline
Effective January 1, 2026. Families may request a refund of a portion of their application fee if they do not receive placement in the program within six-months of the day their application is submitted. Families requesting a refund of their application fee must submit their request, with child’s full name and date their application was submitted, to the Head of Admissions (). Per Colorado Department of Early Childhood (CDEC) regulation, CGMS may retain an administrative fee of $25, before issuing a refund of the remaining amount to the prospective family. Refunds will not be provided to families who are offered placement in the program and decline enrollment, regardless of which class schedule is offered. Refund will remove the applicant from all waitlists.
